Breast Augmentation for Natural Fullness and Balanced Proportions

Performed by Dr. Parit A. Patel, a board-certified plastic surgeon who plans every Breast Augmentation around your frame, proportions, and goals.

A Proportion-First Approach to Breast Augmentation

The right result isn’t about a cup size. Dr. Patel considers your chest width, frame, and breast tissue to choose an implant that looks like it belongs to your body.

His cases most often use silicone gel implants, placed beneath the chest muscle through a discreet incision along the edge of the areola, for a soft, natural slope. Allergan and Mentor implants are offered, and saline implants or other incision options are available when they suit you better.

For a more modest change, Fat Transfer adds volume with your own fat. When sagging is also present, Breast Augmentation can be combined with a Breast Lift.

A Structural Approach to Deep Plane Facelift and Neck Lift

Facial aging goes deeper than the skin. Volume loss and weakening ligaments create jowls, a softer jawline, and heaviness through the lower face and neck.

Dr. Patel’s Deep Plane Facelift repositions the deeper tissues of the face, and his Neck Lift, which can include corset platysmaplasty, restores a clean, defined jawline and neck. The goal is an unoperated look, rested and refreshed, never pulled or tight.

What to Expect from Your Breast Augmentation

Breast Augmentation is an outpatient procedure under general anesthesia, so you go home the same day. The results are visible right away and continue to settle as swelling fades over the following months.

Heavy lifting and vigorous exercise wait until Dr. Patel clears you. Your plan is tailored to your anatomy and goals, and can include a Breast Lift or Fat Transfer when appropriate.

A Precise Fit With Real Ear Measurement

Selecting the right hearing aid is only part of the process. How it is fitted and programmed also matters.

Dr. Naizam uses Real Ear Measurement to measure how sound is actually reaching your ear while you wear the device.

These measurements help verify the fitting and guide more precise adjustments for you.

What Breast Augmentation Can Improve

  • Small or underdeveloped breasts
  • Volume lost after pregnancy, breastfeeding, or weight loss
  • Breasts of noticeably different sizes
  • Upper breast fullness and overall shape
  • Balance between the chest and the hips

Frequently Asked Questions

Breast Augmentation adds size and fullness with implants or fat. A Breast Lift raises and reshapes sagging breasts by removing excess skin and repositioning the nipple, but it does not add volume. When both volume loss and sagging are present, the two can be combined in one surgery.

Silicone gel implants tend to look and feel more natural, which is why they are chosen most often. Saline implants are filled with sterile salt water and are generally less expensive. Dr. Patel will help you decide based on your anatomy and goals.

Implants are measured in cc, not bra sizes. Dr. Patel looks at your chest width and proportions, and sizers worn in a special bra let you see and feel different options before surgery.

You go home the same day. Swelling and tenderness are normal at first, and heavy lifting, contact sports, and vigorous exercise wait until Dr. Patel clears you to return to your usual routine.

Breast implants are not lifetime devices, but many patients keep them for years without problems. Replacement is usually needed only if an issue such as capsular contracture or rupture develops, or if you would like a change.
